On Tuesday, Mr McKenna's P6/7 class carried out a science experiment while also having fun in the snow. The children built two snowmen, naming one McGregor and the other Floyd. They dressed McGregor in a hat, jumper and coat, while leaving Floyd 'naked'.
They then took a vote on which snowman they thought would melt first.
Some predictions were:
- McGregor will melt first because the clothes will heat him up.
- Floyd has no clothes to protect him from the sun so he will melt first.
