Primary Two have been working with NIFSA (Northern Ireland Forest School Association) to complete their Forest School training. During one of their practical training sessions, Forest School leader Mr Brian Poots and Primary Two planted a native tree whip. This was presented in recognition of Young Achievers across the district by the Chair and Vice Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (2020-2021), councillors Diana Armstrong and John Coyle. The young tree whip is in keeping with the Council’s values and sustainable development goals, alongside the promotion of positive steps towards our environment and climate change.
